Shannon Drilingas
Ms. Shannon is the Lead Teacher for the 3s/4s classroom. She holds her Bachelor of Social Work from Missouri State University. She is married to the Creative Director at the Webster-Kirkwood Times and has two sons, both students in the Webster Groves school district. Honorable mention goes to the family cat named Boo. They enjoy taking family trips, kayaking and camping.
Ms. Shannon's teaching philosophy: foster a life long love for school and learning. If children start off with a great preschool experience, they will carry that with them. Preschool should be FUN!

Lesli Johnson
Ms. Lesli is the Lead Teacher for Junior Kindergarten. She hold's her Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education with a concentration in Early Childhood Education. She taught for over 10 years before her daughter was born. Ms. Lesli lives in Webster Groves with her daughter, Lily, and dogs. She is a member of the Webster Groves Presbyterian Church and considers it a second home.

MIchelle mueller
Ms. Michelle is the Lead Teacher for Little Learns and the 2s/3s classroom. She is passionate about education and holders her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Webster University. Ms. Michelle taught elementary and preschool level classes before her time at ECC. She has three kids with her husband, John, and a Great Dane named Charli.

Summer Kohring
Ms. Summer is the Director of the ECC. Before serving as the Director, Ms. Summer was the Leader Teacher for the Junior Kindergarten class for many years.
