Mrs. Holley graduated from Columbus State University in Columbus, Georgia and has been teaching pre-schoolers for over 3 years. This is Mrs. Holley's first year teaching at the ECC and she is so excited to get to know the children and their families!

She and her family recently relocated to Kirkwood and are in love with the area. She has been married for 25 years and has 3 wonderful children. Her oldest son is a Sophomore at the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!), her middle son is a senior at Kirkwood High School and her daughter is in 2nd grade at North Glendale Elementary. They have a dog, Barkley, and 2 cats, Maverick and Goose. Ms. Holley loves reading, being outdoors and spending time with her family.

TEACHING PHILOSOPHY

"Being 2 is an exciting time! I believe that it is very important to have a child in an environment that is consistent, secure, and fun.  Children need to be able to form attachments not only with their parents but also their teacher. Simply being in a loving and nurturing environment forms these types of attachments.  I want the children to feel as comfortable in the classroom as they would in their own home."
